Who provides ABV Tuner
ABV Tuner is published by FillTrack Pty Ltd, ABN 39 699 077 855 and ACN 699 077 855. This notice covers ABV Tuner and its partner referral path, including purchase verification introduced in iOS 1.5.
Your calculations and saved information
Calculation inputs, saved whiskies, optional photos, profiles, tasting notes, history, dropper calibrations and preferences remain in app-private storage on your device. They are not sent to FillTrack. Core dilution calculations work offline, and no ABV Tuner account or login is required. Selected photos are copied without source metadata. ABV Tuner does not provide cloud sync.
Store purchases
Apple or Google processes the lifetime Pro purchase and manages the store entitlement. We do not receive your payment-card details, Apple ID, Google account name or email address through the app. The store supplies the local price and purchase status.
For independent verification, the app sends the minimum store transaction identifier and purchase or restore observation to our verification service. We retain the verified product, transaction and original transaction identity where available, purchase and verification times, store environment, and refund or revocation state. This also applies to purchases without a referral, which remain unattributed. This purchase record is separate from your legitimate Pro access: a referral or verification-service failure does not remove it.
Optional partner referrals
On iPhone, purchase/referral submissions from the app are off until you allow them. Opening a partner link asks for permission before binding it. You can also choose or withdraw permission using Purchase verification and partner referrals in Settings. Declining does not affect purchases, Pro access or offline features. Withdrawing stops future app submissions, but does not erase existing evidence or prevent authoritative store refund notifications from updating it.
Opening a partner link records the partner/creator, a random referral identifier and issue/expiry times. The website retains referral information in browser storage for a fixed 30-day window; a direct visit or refresh does not restart the window. Apple campaign links may provide aggregate campaign reporting.
On iPhone, you can explicitly open the installed app from the referred product page. The app then binds the referral to a random token that Apple can return in signed purchase information. We retain that association for referral verification, programme measurement and duplicate/fraud prevention. It does not identify you by name and does not prove that the person clicking and purchasing is the same person. Installing from the App Store alone does not automatically recover the browser referral.
Service providers and tracking
Our verification service and referral ledger use Cloudflare Workers and D1. Apple and Google provide the relevant store verification services. Network providers necessarily process network information to deliver requests; our attribution application does not retain IP addresses, browser fingerprints, advertising identifiers or device identifiers. We do not sell this information, use it for cross-company targeted advertising, or add third-party advertising SDKs. Referral and purchase records can be associated with each other through transaction and referral identifiers; they are not anonymous aggregate records.
Retention and your choices
Referral expiry stops new attribution; it does not delete prior purchase or referral evidence. We retain transaction associations and reversal history for programme integrity, duplicate prevention and record-keeping. Refunds and revocations remain in that history. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage does not delete server-side evidence or the store entitlement.
You can remove saved app information using the app's delete controls or by uninstalling it, and clear website referral storage in your browser. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests; we may need a relevant transaction/reference to locate a record because we do not maintain customer accounts. We may retain records required for legal obligations or programme integrity.
Permissions and support
The app uses platform photo selection and does not request contacts, location or microphone access. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to answer your enquiry. ABV Tuner is intended for adults of legal drinking age.
The website support form processes your name, reply email and message through Cloudflare and sends them to our support inbox using Google Gmail. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to help prevent spam. Our endpoint uses a hashed network address for short-lived rate limiting and does not keep a message database or log message content. Messages remain in our Gmail support mailbox until deleted according to our support and record-keeping needs. These services may process information outside your country.
